We do mostly by appointment in our salon, we do take walk-ins when we have any spots available.
Please read our policies before making any appointments with us to avoid misunderstanding. Our policies are applied to all clients.
All the appointments are penciled-in only, please wait for our confirmation email. Please make sure that you check your junk/spam emails.
1. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND IN OUR SALON. Please ensure you’re happy with service before leaving. Any change of mind ( colors, nail arts,…) will be charged as new service.
2. Once you booked an appointment with us, you fully understand and acknowledge that your credit card detail is saved in our system for any cancellation/no-shows which don't meet our cancellation /no-show policies.
3. CHANGE OF BOOKING - At least 24 hours notice for any change of service for appointment - Any change of service on the day will still occur a fee
3. CANCEL/RESCHEDULE/NO SHOW We allow all bookings are changed/rescheduled/cancelled with more than 48 hours notice with no charge which you can do via your confirmation email.
♥️ If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with: - less than 48 hours notice, there will be $30 fee applied for all appointments - cancel/reschedule on the day of the appointment, there will be $30 fee applied for each service was booked - NO SHOW FULL PAYMENT OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED
- Failed to pay these fees means you won’t be able to book any future appointments with us
~ LATE - We only allow maximum 10mins late for all appointments. - If you’re later than 10mins, we might need to adjust your appointment and might not be able to achieve the nail art,… - In some cases, we might need to reschedule your appointments to another time and please note that you still have to pay the full payment of your appointment. ~DEPOSIT - Photo is required to send before making appointments - The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE - We require at least 48 hours notice for reschedule and the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment (only allow reschedule ONCE) - Less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited and new deposit is required for new appointment - Reschedule/cancel ON THE DAY, the full amount of the payment will be taken from the card provided ( the full price of the quotes you got for the sets and less $50 deposit, minimum charge when you booked for “ Acrylic set with advanced nail art” is $100
IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 hours OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME or ON THE DAY, THE RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICIES STILL APPLIED.
SO PLEASE BE CONSIDERED BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT :)
